Matthew Dolloff and his legal professional, Doug Richards, have claimed Dolloff was appearing in self-defense when he shot Lee Keltner as soon as throughout a confrontation.
Keltner, who was strolling from a rally at Civic Heart Park, died at a Denver hospital.
