Dylan Loblaw elected chief of the Ross River Dena Nation

Dylan Loblaw is the brand new chief of the Ross River Dena Council.

Loblaw, who was a councillor over the past council, defeated incumbent chief Jack Caesar and 4 different candidates within the election Monday night time.

Loblaw obtained 67 votes.

Outgoing deputy chief Robbie Dick known as Loblaw to congratulate him.

Dick mentioned Loblaw informed him he felt honoured to be elected chief.

Priorities
